This training will develop and enhance keynote speaking and presentation skills for leaders.  Leaders are trained and prepared to radically engage audiences at small and large corporate events, press conferences, board meetings, sales conferences and more! Learners establish the foundation for forging a path to global recognition. They also develop the skills to better encourage and engage the workforce, helping them to see the big picture- the vision.

The spotlight may not be designed for everyone.  But its definitely a place that leaders gravitate toward. From world-renowned “TED talks” to small corporate-sponsored events, organizations are embracing the value that keynote speakers bring to the table. 


Keynote speakers set the tone are tasked with shifting the atmosphere to embrace the speaker’s story. As a leader, this is often tied with the organization’s story. They reveal success, but are also able to use the platform to communicate the plight behind the vision. 


By honing your keynote speaking and presentation skills you can enlist trust and understanding in the vision so that you ultimately motivate and encourage the workforce.


From Peyton Manning (football legend) to Marc Randolph (co-founder and original CEO of Netflix), we find hidden gems in the stories behind the success that are shared at large conferences and events where keynote speakers drive home the message. This training offers you the opportunity to sit in great company, as you too become a world-recognized name for delivering powerful and insightful messages from the boardroom to the conference hall.


Modules for the course will be delivered online, via multimedia docuseries, and through podcasts.

This course is designed specifically for executive-level leaders. However, managers who aspire to be executive or visionary leaders may also use the training to prepare for the next level in leading teams and organizations.


Training is available in a variety of customizable options. You can choose to elect individual training as an executive leader or to provide training for rising executive talent.
