  • WE ARE ASKING YOU TO NOMINATE A FACULTY MEMBER, AN ADMIN, AND/OR A STUDENT WHO YOU FEEL HAS 5 MESSAGES TO SHARE  IN ONE ON ONE INTERVIEWS AND CAN CONTRIBUTE XXX DURING THE FOLLOWING 20-MINUTE PANEL /TOWN HALL DISCUSSION. THIS WILL TAKE PLACE ON JAN 22 DURING A 25-MINUTE TAPING.

WE HAVE NOT HAD THIS TYPE OF IN 100 YEARS WHEN THERE WAS HIGHER ED- AND WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS NEXT AND WE NEED TO HAVE FEARLESS LISTENING CONV0 – SO WE CAN TAP INTO OUR FLOW AND FIGURE OUT WHAT IS NEXT. — IN DOING SO WE CREATE FEARLESS LISTENING CAMPUSES.

  • ADMINISTRATORS NEED TO HEAR FACULTY AND STUDENTS TO ADAPT THE IR CAMPUS 
  • WE NEED TO DO IT PROACTIVELY AND HOLISTICALLY RATHER THAN SURFACE TO CREATE THE DEEP ADAPTATIONS AND WORK TO AVOID THE CONSEQUENCES THEY FAIL TO DO SO.
