3 MINDFULNESS STEPS FOR GREATER HAPPINESS

It is necessary to practice mindfulness which allows us to achieve happiness in each moment, no matter what .  It’s impossible to be mindful of the present when we hold on to any thoughts about experiences, people, and materialistic things (both good and bad) from the past. When we do so, we compromise our ability to create happiness in our life.

Here are 3 Mindfulness Steps To Create More Happiness

  • Forgive the people that harmed you
  • Forget the people that left you. It often leads to the feeling of self-arrogance and can cause us to suffer in the absence of that thing or person.
  • Tell yourself it is okay to be happy without those things in your life.
