CHAPTER 14 What is FLL purpose and how does – Fearless Listening Leadership foster it

 

Exceptional leaders understand the hidden potential of each team member.  They realize that to tap into something deeper than the day-to-day surface performance that many of us see, employees have to tap into the four foundational intelligences to maximize their performance.

The most impactful leaders are equipped with the knowledge and tools to begin building cultures that transcend the common “diverse and team-oriented” environments.  The knowledge, tools and skills that we share here, are centered in Fearless Listening Leadership. 

Leaders are invigorated as they learn the purpose of Fearless Listening Leadership (FLL) and for building a FLL Culture.
