Healing is an aspect of life that is most underrated but also the most essential. Emotions are a strong aspect that can either strengthen or worsen the process of healing, Emotions like grief and happiness are very closely linked with energy healing.  

Healing means the state of recovery or restoration to the original health. But do you know these energy healing benefits that most people are unaware of (the science behind happiness and grief)

Healing practices not only benefit your body but also helps relax your mental condition. The least known is some energy healing which includes:

 

Chakra Regulation Relaxes the Body and Mind Alike:

A chakra(1) is a special form of energy that is well known in Japanese culture. Chakras are 7 energy transmission centers of the body also known as the pressure points in today’s era. This method helps release pent-up stress and can even cure physical injuries, and prevent some contagious diseases like cancer.

How Grief Can Benefit Healing:

Healthy grieving process appears to be ingrained in our DNA. 

However, proper grieving is an active process; it is not true that “all you have to do now is wait.” One way to think about the work that has to be done is to conceive of grief as a sequence of activities that must be completed. (2)

  • Accepting that the loss is irreversible;
  • Recognize and express the complete spectrum of emotions we are experiencing as a result of the loss;
  • To settle to life without the person, item, or incident;
  • To say our goodbyes, to formalize our change in the current peace with loss.

According to a study (3), mourning treatments that resembled trauma therapy had a 25 percent higher response rate than traditional interpersonal counselling. 

 

Good Vibes Help You Think More Positive:

It is a fact that all human beings and every living thing on planet earth is vibrating, and believe it or not you are capable of sensing vibes instantly when you meet someone. The vibes could be bad or good. 

But surrounding yourself with good vibes helps you feel good, relaxed, and comfortable, the body heals when it is at ease, stress and other negative vibrations distress the body and put it in a state of dis-ease.

Healing is a difficult process as it makes u go through pain and trauma, but the outcomes help you move on in your life. Happiness and Grieving is the most beneficial yet least known healing practices.
