This document describes the ‘taxonomy’ of the VLN. Those are the tags used to categorize the content for the content consumer. Tagging our content will allow us to get a better understanding of the topics the user is interested in and properly organize our website.

Workflow

  • When content is created, the tags should be added to the piece of content, either in the document itself, in the title or at the location where the content is organized.
  • When content is uploaded to AirTable, the tags should be added in the columns accordingly. 
  • When a tag is missing, please content the editorial team of the VLN and we will decide together whether to incorporate the new tag or not.
